Returns

  • Custom Made Items are non- refundable but can be exchanged for correct sizing or studio credit.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of customer receiving shipment.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

  • Return must include receipt/ invoice.

  • Please print/ fill out & include copy of merchandise return form along with return, located here.

  • Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your item has been received.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges at this time but will expedite reorder if a different size is needed.
